If so, there's nothing to do on your end, Stripe will handle everything for you.

Yes, we will use checkout and we wanted to know if would be possible to avoid redirecting the user when the payment goes thorugh 3D Secure when he inputs their card details and then accept the payment

You can't avoid 3DS redirections, those are required in order to authenticate the payment
