Payment Link is re-usable and not one time. You may create one-time Stripe hosted payment page using Checkout Session: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/accept-a-payment?platform=web&ui=checkout

With Checkout Session, the customer is able to make payments with other payment methods that configured in your Dashboard here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/payment_methods
