Hi 👋 I believe you're correct that our Checkout Sessions do not support dynamic shipping rates based on the country the customer selects while providing their address. I'll capture your feedback that this is a feature you'd like to see introduced in the future.

In the meantime, I believe you would need to build your own checkout page in order to provide this functionality to your customers.
