Based on https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#supported-accounts-and-settlement-currencies , the supported settlement currencies for CA accounts are CAD and USD, and I don't see EUR in the list.
I don't know why EUR is allowed in one of your accounts, can you reach out to support https://support.stripe.com/contact/email ?
