Yes, I'm using Stripe Connect

Bubble is a No Code platform

The referenced doc contains examples for 1.) HTML+JS, 2.) React, 3.) iOS, 4.) Andriod, & 5.) React Native but nothing for No Code tools. I've tried adding "stripeAccount" and "stripeAccountId" as params with the Test Account's Stripe ID but it is still not working.

Unfortunately this is a sever for developers coding integrations with the stripe API. I can only offer you advice on code you are writing yourself

Because I don't know how Bubble is coding their integration so I don't know what to suggest

I added the stripeAccountId as both part of the Header and the a Parameter but nither work.

Their base implementation is JS

I have one more question where the answer shoudl be the same regardless of dev environment

If I'm using a Connect Account, then I need to use the endpoint with /customers/:customer in the URL? correct?

I'm not sure what you mean. If you need to retrieve details or update a specific customer that is the endpoint you use. It doesn' t matter whether it's Connect or not
