What do you mean by "remove the tax charge" and are you a developer trying to make changes to your integration?

i'm not a developer. my company uses member space to provide our service and collects money through stripe. information gets collected by memberspace and migrates to stripe where stripe makes the charges and collects fees etc.
on the memberspace side, tax is no longer being charged. but any customer who has been with us for a while has an account with stripe that continues to charge them tax even though we no longer want that fee to be collected.
from our stripe account, we can view "customers". when i select a customer i can see past transacations and future ones. I am (at this point) manually going into each of our customers and removing the tax from future billings. it is taking forever.
i am asking if there is a way to do this all at once. l
