Sure let me explain myself

I have this app where a customer creates his account/company through my app, but since we use stripe we need to provide the link so the customer can fill all the standar account details and terms and conditions, once all this information is gather the company status goes to "Pending" this means thats the Admin of my app needs to "Approve" or "Decline" the company base on his decision

Steps:
1.-I as a customer, create my company in this app
2.-Proceed filling all the standar account information and terms and conditions
3.-The admin sees the company request and provide a status
4.-If is approved then the customer can manage his account in our app and recieve payments through stripe
5.-If is declined then we erase the company from our db and we also would like to delete his additional account from stripe

Comments:
We dont know if there is a limit in creating additonal account that we managed and its costs and also we dont know if we can delete the accounts
