Hello! You can't pick an object from the Dashboard and emit an Event at will. Events are emitted by Stripe when those Events happen, not on demand. The closest thing to triggering Events on demand is using Stripe CLI and the stripe trigger command: https://stripe.com/docs/cli/trigger
