That's what im doing, then I go to the link that I get in the response, login, and go to the linked external accounts, but I dont see how to add them, it just shows "No linked accounts" when I tried removing one earlier

I am in test mode, but I dont think that should be causing the issue

I think you're looking in the wrong section. You want the Payout details section.

Not the Linked external accounts section.
