Hello! The Transfer moves funds from your platform's account balance to your connected account's balance. A Payout moves funds from the connected account's balance to their external account. If the Payout is failing it's likely because the connected account's balance doesn't have enough in the available balance to cover the Payout. Are the funds still in the pending balance perhaps?
