If I integrate payment system via Stripe APIs, will I get the following features in the payment page: automatic currency conversions and user is not re-directed to another Stripe URL.

That depends on what you mean by "automatic currency conversion". Can you provide more details?

For a US based company, currency will be USD and for an Europena buyer currency will be EUR. I want European buyer to pay in EUR currency though my website currencty is USD.

We only support that with Checkout, which is a hosted Stripe payment page. You can use custom domains so the domain shown in yours, but it will still be a redirect to a payment page hosted at Stripe.
