Can you share an example payment intent id where this happened?
when I change to USD
there's no wechatpay and alipay
Any ideas?
Ah it's because of your account country
Your account's country isn't united states
Your account must be a US country to accept usd for alipay and wechat
You can create Alipay payments in the currencies that map to your country
How to check my account's country
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
Do you have multiple accounts?
That doesn't look to be the same one you created those payment links under
You created the payment links under acct_1MVSWbF85la2rsCN
yep, this is my real account
What is the id of that account?
acct_1MVSWbF85la2rsCN is a Hong Kong based account
Deleted your screenshot because it had sensitive data
Yes
I want to check it again
If I have a US account
and I set price as USD
I also opened wechatPay and alipay
In china or us, customer can use wechat to pay?
You can accept payment from customers in any country as long as the currency of the price object matches your account's country for alipay and wechat pay
I just use my another US account create a paymentlink, and my Chinses friend open the page , there's only card to pay, no wechatpay, why ?
Can you share the payment link
Got it looking
Sure, thx
Ah it's because it's a subscription
Those aren't supported for AliPay and WeChat pay by default
If you create a one-time price it should work
OMG, subscription don't support AliPay and WeChat pay ?
I want customer subs my product monthly / annualy
how to make it ....
You can for alipay but not wechat
and it should support wechat/ali pay
You just need it enabled on your account: https://support.stripe.com/questions/enabling-recurring-charges-for-alipay
Alipay is on, but there's no alipay on the page
