hi, do you have more context?
It's a client who need to be refunded and he received an email to add the bank account but the URL isn't working and he doens't know how to do it or how to contact your support team and we dont have access to his account to do it ourselfs
not really understanding sorry
I suggest you write to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true with all the context like the account ID acct_xxx involved and screenshots/links etc.
