This channel is for technical integration questions with Stripe. If you are the customer who attempts to make the payment, I'd recommend reaching out to your service provider to check why the payment failed
im a developer from the site, i coded and thested the whole payment flow in the test environment and it works fine, its only on prod that the captcha appears and i cant seem to finish the payment sesion

failed like the image selection is wrong? or that the backend has to answer some sort of webhook event?
It's likely that the image selection is incorrect at captcha phase
because on the payment the image are correctly selected, and the captcha even turns into a green checkmark
Please remove the screenshot with the sensitive card information as it shouldn't be shared in public

It'll be helpful to include the Checkout Session ID (cs_xxx) and the green checkmark screenshot without card information in the email
