This invoice has been finalized but there has been no attempt to pay it.

but everything was fine until 5 pm. I usually had 2-3 payments with the incomplet status per hour , but from 5 pm to 5 30 pm all payments have the incomplet status and there are about 40 of them. I didn't change anything in the code and the settings of the stripe

This payment is not incomplete. It has never been attempted

Thanks, I got it. but it's strange. because I have never seen so many payments in a row with this problem "has never been attempted"

Well here is what happened from what I can see

You created the Subscription: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_2Kot0tqaf4pQzM
It was set to charge_automatically but the Customer you specified does not have a saved payment method
So the first invoice was generated and finalized https://dashboard.stripe.com/events/evt_1NOj5zGx60rNljHxRuK2v7Jk
But there was no attempt to pay it

The Subscription creation had payment_behavior: 'default_incomplete' so no payment would happen even if they had a saved payment method right?
