What issue are you seeing?
The payment element was not loading and payment readers were not discovering devices
seems like it just started working again - but it was out for 20+ minutes
Does Stripe have any information on what might have happened - is it related to the dashboard outage?
There wasn't an incident regarding the payment element as far as I'm aware
Could be a network issue
Especially if it was also affecting readers
We have 5+ mobile apps that are using the element and it was not working on all 5 mobile apps
confirmed and reported by different people in different locations
