Thanks for sharing! I can't see anything unusual from this Checkout Session, and I'm unable to reproduce it either. Does it affect customer checkout process?

yes, they enter the credit card number, and when they click on "Pay", the popin appears and stop the process

it's a popin on your checkout page, could you say the condition that make it appear ?
