@atomic berry are you using SEPA Debit in the first place?

Yes, it will be sepa-debit

What does that mean "it will be sepa-debit". What will be it? Can you provide more context around what you are trying to do as a platform?

We are creating a custom account and there is field called "settings.sepa_debit_payments.creditor_id". So where can find the value of this id?

small island
#

why are you trying to set this though

#

What are you doing as a platform that makes you decide to go and set that exact value because it's really rare to need to set this

For now we do not implement this sepa_debit during custom account creation. I was just curious, how setting the sepa_debit_id will work.

it's information you'd ask the business that they would have themselves really if you accepted SEPA Debit payments in the first place. You can ignore really

Agreed, I should not set ""settings.sepa_debit_payments.creditor_id" up. Thanks!

sure thing!

I am little bit confused about capability during account setup/creation. Sepa-debit is only valid for US and Canada according to Stripe. But we can add sepa-debit during account creation for United Kingdom. Is not it a contracdiction?

#

Take a look at the above image

it has a list of countries and UK is definitely supported

@atomic berry please talk in this thread as we're already discussing this exactly here
