Can you be specific about what your question is here? What about refunding application fees is confusing?

In the second link, on collecting fees, my understanding is that 6.80 is the application fee.
We want to be able to support reversing, for example, the $20 payment to the driver. What would the refund_application_fee field mean in that context?

The application fee is the amount retained by the Platform

By reversing the $20 payment i mean have it go back to the platform

so if this flag is set, the platform will transfer $20 - $6.80 = $13.20 to the platform?
