Hello! I'm taking over and catching up...
In most situations Invoices generated by a Subscription stay in draft status for about an hour (this does not apply to the first Invoice for a Subscription though). Can you tell me more about what you're trying to do? I might be able to recommend something.

We have subscribers that have a balance in their account already (not directly attached to the card on file). We wanted to check if this balance is enough against the total cost of the invoice. The thing is, we calculate taxes separately and add them to the invoice while it's in a draft state (right before its finalized). Ideally, we'd like to do this a day or 2 before so we can complete this check.
