Really really sorry to bother you, I'm just in a bit of a rush for a feature I'm making so i dont have much time to test 😅 The tax rate I created says region: germany, but it will still apply if someone tries to purchase from outside of germany right?

Yeah that is the jurisdiction which will still work but does appear on your customers Invoices. We talk about it here: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/taxes/tax-rates#creating-tax-rates-through-the-api
