the end customer can't see any of this though

@tacit marlin thanks for the quick response. I am actually not a developer but a customerr. I am dealing with a business that has wrongfully been charging his customers with subscriptions that have been canceled. In order to dispute the charges I need to know when I had cancelled the subscription

#

@tacit marlin I was wondering if it was possible to get that information. He has scammed users of thousands of dollars

@tacit marlin That is unfortunate. I've tried contacting your support team numerous times but have received little to no help. Is there a customer service phone number I can directly call?

No there isn't sorry

@tacit marlin I don't understand why as a customer we aren't privy to this information in the dashboard

@modest moon I am an engineer, I help developers with their code here. I can't help you with this I'm sorry. Please try to work with our support team or your bank. I'm sorry but I can't do anything else here

@tacit marlin As a customer are we not allowed to use your api.stripe.com endpoints as well? I just want to find further information about my subscriptions. I understand this isn't your role but it's really frustrating when I need this information to prevent further fraud and I'm getting little to no help from your support team

@modest moon you're not a Stripe customer. You don't have a Stripe account. So no you can't use the API to get another business information.
I know you are frustrated but I can not help here. Please work with our support team or your bank. Your bank can block all those payments, they can renew your card number.

I;m sorry but I'm going to close this threads as there are other people I need to help.

@tacit marlin I do have a stripe account. But in any case I see that I'm not going to get any further help. Thanks for the information anyways
