Hello, do you have the ID of the test subscription that you tried this with?
If there's a solution that allows me to immediately bill the previous transactions without resetting the billing anchor, I would appreciate any guidance on that as well.

If standard proration isn't working, you should be able to do this with a subscription schedule as they can switch prices exactly when a subscription is cycling. We can try to figure this out with normal updates first though as they are usually much easier to manage https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/subscription-schedules/use-cases

I'm not seeing an immediate reason for that couple minute delay. Sometimes when there is a lot of billing volume in test mode there can be delays like this so this may just be that

Apologies just saw this. Usually you can ask new questions if a thread is still open though asking again in the channel as you did is totally fine too. I would say small questions are easier to handle in the same thread but big new ones are usually easier in new threads
