Sorry not very familiar with those setting. What do you mean by Stripe group? Or is that Stripe account?

We are a football team. Our main organisation has asked to join World Sport Action Pty Ltd partners with Stripe. As we put our email in, it takes us to pages asking for information like setting up an account. But we don't have an ACN. I can send a video showing it for more clarity.

We were told that if you selected the wrong business option each time you login in. It skips that page asking what type of business you are straight to infothe rmation required. I hope that makes sense. Thanks
