Hi River, I'm sorry I should have been more clear.
We had set up a LIVE subscription product that requires actual credit card. It was connected to our "test" site where our team wanted to test using real credit card data to confirm that payments do go through properly.
During that testing, they saw that we did get an email from Stripe saying that our first customer's charge should be deposited to our account in about 7 days. We did not see that email for subsequent purchases.
The team wanted me to check to see if there is a way for us to get an email notification each time we have a successful subscription transaction.

If you have a VPS or dedicated server with root access sometimes emails coming into your server may be deferred due to greylisting of the stripe domain. It's happened to me and you need to tweak your SPAM Assassin settings.
