👋 @unique agate I'm not sure I follow what you're describing yet. A Customer in our APIs/products represent the end person paying for a service. Did you mean a connected account which would be the individual/business receiving funds maybe?
Also you mentioned USD/USA but now talk about Canada

The individual/businesses want to connect canadian bank accounts to receive funds but are unable to.

What bank account(s) you can connect depends on the country of the Stripe Account. US accounts can only have US-based USD bank accounts
