hello! The platform account will always be the one that pays the Stripe fees for a destination charge. If you want to use destination charges, you can transfer less to the connected account (or take a bigger amount for the application fee) to account for Stripe fees.

you either use an application_fee_amount, or you use transfer_data[amount]. You can go through this page for more details : https://stripe.com/docs/connect/destination-charges

With Connect, you can create charges on your platform account, take fees, and then transfer remaining funds to your connected accounts.
