Gotcha. I don't know of a way to resend those emails beyond waiting for the next scheduled attempt per those settings. That said, we're not well-versed with this kind of thing here (we're focused on developer/technical questions). I recommend you ask Stripe support and see if they know of a way through the Dashboard: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email
