To clarify, you're using Stripe Payment Links? Is this for one-time payments or Subscriptions?

yes I use for subscriptions from the dashbord

Gotcha. In that case you can find the Invoice in the Dashboard after payment is complete and send a receipt email to a different receipient.

You can't proactively CC someone though.

yes I have already seen this action manually I would like to automate this action because our flow is increasing it is not a solution to do it by hand

Unfortunately there's no way to specify a CC email for all Payment Link Invoices today. I can flag this as a feature request internally though.
