I got locked out of the chat from earlier.

We have a marketplace, only B2B, only in Europe. Both cross and none cross border transactions/deliveries.

All Vendor are Businesses.

We wished to use the solution;

  • Stripe Connect (Multi-vendor marketplace)
  • Stripe Checkout (safer / more reliable checkout)
  • 3D Secure (EU Law requirement)
  • Direct Charges (so thet the customer pay directly to vendors, and the marketplace only get the fee)

But, as I understand it, we can't use all these in the same situation?

We talked about Destination Charges, but then the vendor will be deducted the fee but won't receive information about it in their account. (Ow will only show up in admin account)

For accounting purposes, this is tricky - right?

Either way it turns out illegal?
