I checked the information we sent to the network and it looks like we sent the right one (CALLICOONHILLS)

Some issuer show "friendly" statement descriptors regardless of what payment providers send them for the charge. The network here seems to be Amex (who I believe does similar things)

I'd recommend working with our support team as they can look into this further and can help with potential next steps
