I see this. Can you clarify what were you expecting to see instead?

I am expecting the 20% discount applied on the Subtotal

if it does it should be -$90 as the discounted amount

I see, not sure how coupons and negative invoice item interact together. Let me do some tests...

ok, more than tests, I would like it to be logical, When coupon is shown after Subtotal, then it is logical to expect the coupon to be applied on the subtotal amount.

So unfortunately it looks like this is expected behaviour. Negative invoice items are not discountable.
