Hi there, what kind of popup do you refer to? do you have a screenshot?

So if i'm in my app and someone pushes to button to pay for a subscription. The stripe api will launch a checkout page, but this checkout page is launched trough an pop up instead of a normal url.

You might want to check with your web developer on how they implmenet the opening of chekcout page vs customer portal

yeah i know why, you should try the last subscription because the first one is normal payment link. I tried that to see if that works, but that's different becaus i cant pass parameters with the payment link so i don't want to use that

yeah that is the problem. U probably also have the settings on to automatically block pop ups on safari

When you set them off then you can get a link

The same thing happens in desktop as well
