Hi there, the status of the PaymentIntent is succeeded. Can you tell me where do you see this error?
i don't have the exact sequence this error happened, because the customer shared a screen shot with this error, which happened on 16 Jun 2023. But as you mentioned later the payment went through without any issues.
and i tried replicating, but for me everything seems to be working
OK. Are you just relying on redirection to confirm the payment result, or you also listen to payment_intent related webhook events?
Great, in that case, your system is still able to ackwowledge the payment restul despite the redirection failure.
Was there a network problem when your customer redirected?
not sure about the network problem though, as it happened on customer side.
but if the redirect is failed, how do they authorised the payment from the mobile pay?
That redirection happened after the payment authorization.
okay, so mostly it is a connectivity issue on customer browser.
