For Standard account, the connected account holder will be prompted for email address. If the email address has an existing account with Stripe, user can use the same login credentials to create a new connected account with your platform. If the email address doesn't exist, user will be prompted to create a new login credentials.

As a platform for Standard connected account, the login credentials shouldn't matter

There will still be new Standard connected account created with your platform
