Hello! In the Dashboard an incomplete payment indicates the Payment Intent was created but has not yet been confirmed. Can you give me the specific Payment Intent ID (starts with pi_) that you're looking at?
There are many because we have retry logic. pi_2NLvYKPxnTIUcyZy1NhdCtxt is one. Do CashApp payments require confirmation?
Ie the user has to press a button in the app to confirm the payment?
