Does Stripe.js seem to be working otherwise on your page?
r.stripe.com is related to our telemetry so often errors with it don't affect functionality
We address those issues because we don't want to pollute the dev console. But if you aren't seeing other issues on your page it may be safe to ignore

While I have you. I am trying to move from test mode to live mode. Is there any way to do a test payment in live mode to make sure things have converted over correctly?

There is not unfortunately though if your flow is working in test mode, all of the same calls should work with your live keys unless you hard coded some object ID from live mode. The only way to "test" this would be to make a small charge and refund it though you'd still be out whatever amount of Stripe fee there was on that payment.
