Hi 👋 typically when testing Apple Pay on web applications, our test process swaps the card being used for our 4242 test card behind the scenes. I'm not sure if this is still the case with terminal, but will try to find out.

It looks like it's not possible to test the full payment end-to-end when using a wallet with a test terminal integration, the payment will fail due to real card details being provided, but you should be able to test the readers ability to collect card details that way.
