Yes, the problem is that google pay is not present at the time of payment, and I don't know how to set up a google pay account

Or on your Android device. Te button only shows if you have cards in your wallet/account

That is a requirement for Google Pay to show yes. So if you don't have any cards in your Google Pay wallet then it's a good place to start
