It's normal. Depending on your integration - more specifically, when you create PaymentIntents - it might mean the customer initiated the checkout flow, but decided not to finish it for some reason.

but I have tried that way, If I open pay with link and close that popup it is not adding to stripe dashboard

I have used Wallet for payment, so it is showing Pay with Apple or Google based on browser and system

in Desktop it is showing Pay with Link button

When I click that button it is opening popup, it is asking me for email and phone, and after entering those details I close popup and then I dont see this in stripe dashboard as incomplete
