I know that this is more of support problem , but we really appreciate if you could help following up, i already wrote an email to them
as 200++ managed account where disassociated and asked to create a new one. but this is a blocker

We don't have necessary expertise with why this error doesn't happen in test mode. I'd recommend checking with Support as well.
