Hi ! Yes of course. I would like my customer to end his subscription to a specific subscription item. He tries a monthly reccuring feature, and after 10 days want to stop, i would like him to fullfill the complete month before the item is removed

Sure, so you can either set delete or set the quantity to 0 now, with or without prorated credit at your discretion.
Or, you could use subscription schedules to change the subscription to remove the item at the end of the cycle:
