Hmm yeah there aren't really any workarounds that I'm aware of as this is a cross-border restriction in terms of how money can move into/out of these countries.

That said, I'd recommend posing this question to our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login and ask if there is any way you could apply for an exemption to this limitation or if they have any other workaround.

I'm not really an expert in whether an exception can be granted here since we just focus on the API really.
