This feature isn't activated by default. You need to get it activated by our Support team (see: https://support.stripe.com/questions/mail-order-telephone-order-(moto)-transactions-when-to-categorize-transactions-as-moto). So I'd recommend reaching out to Support via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login and they can help you with this.
