I want to capture the additional amount from client that charge I need to give the stripe

I am using stripe chekout web integration

This setting was in the stripe dashboard but could not locate today

Configure "Additional charge amount": Scroll down to the "Additional charge amount" section. Here, you can specify an additional amount that will be added to each payment processed through Stripe. This extra amount can be used to cover fees or any other specific charges associated with your business.

I don't know about the Dashboard, but you can calculate it yourself and set the final amount. However, I warn you that in many regions it's not legal to charge more for the service based on the processing fees. So you will just need to set the price to cover the Stripe fees, which is much simpler.
