@hasty talon the way you configured the PaymentIntent here is to require instant verification and not support micro-deposits which means no manual entry. That's what "verification_method": "instant" is for

how would that work though? Anyone could enter any bank account details with no proof of ownership at all and hope for the best?

correct, we do not get repeat customers, our website users use it to pay one time traffic violations and we want them to enter rotuing and account number and pay with out micro deposits

understood about the fraud issues, so per your understanding Stripe does not provide the options for ACH manual entry with out micro deposits?
