This sounds like something you are going to be better off working with our Support team on.
There is no way to receive decline codes for SEPA via the API.
And we focus on the API integration side of things here.
Chat support has not been particularly helpful. Is there a higher level support I can access?
I'd ask them to escalate you for some help on the decline analysis.
