Hello, can you tell me more about what is happening here. Has this recently changed or have you not ever been able to make these transfers for your Express accounts with a full service agreement

Hello! I believe we had happened was our platform account was previously based in EU, and at the time, we'd tested transfers to an EU Connect account which worked, and then in the future we migrated to a US platform account and tested transfers to a US Connect account which also worked. But now we've come across this issue when performing cross-border transfers ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

Gotcha, yeah recipient agreements are definitely required for cross-border transfers. Were your existing connected accounts migrated between the platforms? Or are these accounts that you have already recreated on the US platform?

#

I will check if you can collect a new agreement without recreating an account.

I believe these are new accounts created on the US platform. It would be amazing if we are able to switch the accounts to the recipient agreement ๐Ÿ™

Hey, it looks like you can't switch from full to recipient agreement so you will need to re-onboard these accounts

#

Apologies for the wait

Ahh that's a shame. No worries. Is it possible with the API to "unboard" accounts, or can I reach out to Stripe to reset these accounts? Instead of needing to make entirely new accounts?

As far as I know it isn't possible for support to change this though you can reach out to ask https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

Checking in to the unboarding, I think you can disconnect or delete them
