If i comebine trial periods with one-off payments on an invoice, all of the invoice lines are given a supply date equal to the trial period. In the dashboard, it is possible to remove these dates

Not seeing a way to update individual line items on the API endpoint

It could be dashboard only feature. I've not used it before myself. Can you share a screenshot of the UI you're referring to that allows you to remove the dates?
