hi! well we don't really support Plaid here, that's a different company.
We recommend not using Plaid, you should use our PaymentIntent integration for ACH. https://stripe.com/docs/payments/ach-debit/accept-a-payment
do you have the request ID req_xxx for the error you mention?

not sure, I don't know much about this legacy Plaid/BankAccount Token integration you're using

I'd recommend instead using Checkout to start subscriptions as it supports our current ACH product and is easy to use https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/build-subscriptions?ui=checkout

We've already reviewed the available options. And decided to go with plaid as of now.
